Adolfo Ruiz joined the mortgage industry in 1995 through a residential correspondent lender, a subsidiary to a residential builder.  Adolfo quickly adapted to meet projected quarterly earnings through, processing, origination, secondary markets, closings and compliance.  Soon after, the corporation was successfully purchased by a national publicly traded builder.

Adolfo Ruiz has helped over thousands of customers, contributing to the "American Dream" of home ownership, totaling over $400,000,000 in residential loans.  He has extensive knowledge of many loan products such as Conventional, USDA, FHA, VA, Non Conforming, Hard Money, Construction Perm, Construction End, Home Equity and Reverse Loans.

2007, Adolfo Ruiz, made it to the " Top 50 Mortgage Brokers in the Country" listed in Broker Magazine.

As his passion, Adolfo enjoys creating fine art painting and knows sometimes you have to walk away from a situation and come back with rested eyes to find a solution to a complicated matter.
